Annual Pass

The Annual Pass is the subscription that provides a group with full access to Co-ownerOS™, CoBuy's platform for structuring and managing shared homeownership. A single subscription covers the entire group regardless of group size.

What It Includes

The Annual Pass provides access to the complete Co-ownerOS™ platform across the full co-ownership lifecycle — including governance workflows, collaborative creation and digital signing of a Co-ownership Agreement and Memorandum of Agreement, the Property Events Calendar, the Document Vault, and the co-owner dashboard. Groups can update and re-execute agreements at any time during an active subscription.

Subscription Structure

The Annual Pass uses a per-group, per-year subscription model. One subscription covers the entire group — typically two to four co-buyers or co-owners — with no per-seat pricing and no usage-based fees. Annual billing aligns with how co-ownership decisions are made: deliberately, over time, not as a one-time transaction.

Who It Serves

The Annual Pass serves both co-buyer groups preparing to purchase and co-owner groups managing an existing arrangement. The same subscription covers the same platform infrastructure — governance, agreements, and operations — whether a group is actively in a transaction or already on title.
