When a real estate agent holds the CoBuy-certified™ Pro credential, it means they have completed a competency course and passed a final assessment covering co-ownership structures, financing considerations, legal safeguards, group viability, alignment frameworks, and the tools within the CoBuy ecosystem — including Co-ownerOS™ and the CoBuy Wizard. The training is built on CoBuy's experience supporting multi-party homebuyers. Certification Structure
