What It Does

CoBuy Wizard guides each group member through individual financial qualification and group-level alignment, then produces a CoBuy Decision Brief™ that tells the group where they stand. One group member initiates and invites the others. Each member completes personal and financial sections independently. The group then completes an Alignment Check — a consensus engine that requires every member to independently answer questions about ownership structure, financial responsibilities, policies, and exit strategy. The system compares all answers and requires 100% alignment on every question before the group can advance. Where answers differ, mismatches are surfaced so the group can discuss and revise.
