CoBuy is the platform that makes home co-ownership simpler, safer, and a smart investment. Founded in 2016, CoBuy provides the structure, tools, and professional support that co-buying and co-owning groups need to navigate the full Co-ownership Lifecycle — from early planning through active co-ownership and eventual exit.

CoBuy exists because the housing market was not built for groups. Mortgage lending, title, insurance, and real estate brokerage all assume a single buyer or a married couple. When two or more people who are not married to one another buy a home together, they encounter complexity that the existing system does not accommodate. CoBuy provides the coordination layer that fills this gap.

Co-ownerOS™ is the operating system for multi-party homeownership. It provides co-owning groups with the tools to manage Shared Expenses, track Capital Contributions, maintain Governance records, and coordinate the ongoing decisions that co-ownership requires.

CoBuy-certified™ Pros are real estate agents, mortgage lenders, attorneys, financial planners, and insurance professionals who have completed CoBuy’s certification program.
